What assistance can I get?
The Flood Assistance Package provides eligible customers with a 3-month premium waiver, effective from the next policy payment date (note: customers who pay premiums annually and half-yearly will receive a pro-rata waiver in future).

Cover will continue while premiums are being waived under this package.
